Transaction Coordination Services
- Review all contract documents for proper execution and compliance
- Send introductory email to all parties, with full contract package, and establish a timeline for the transaction
- Schedule Inspections, as necessary, (Home, Termite/Moisture, Well & Septic, Pool) and send appointments to all parties
- Order Home Warranty (if needed)
- Provide contingency reminders and follow-up on outstanding items
- Maintain constant communication with all parties
- Assist coordinating final walk thru & closing
- Provide complete contract package as PDF to agent & client at close of escrow
Pre-Listing Services
- Input listing in the MLS
- Order sign post installation
- Schedule photographer
- Update MLS status as needed
