A Transaction Coordinator (aka a TC), assists a Real Estate Agent from Contract to Close by performing administrative duties to ensure all deadlines are met, confirms all required documents are received for compliance, and conducts communication with all parties throughout the process to make the transaction as smooth as possible for the agents, clients, lenders and closing companies.
Ideally, yes. Communicating with your client helps the transaction go more smoothly. If your buyer/seller has questions about their transaction, they can contact us directly for an answer. However, it is ultimately your decision if you’d like us to communicate with them.
You will be copied on all email communications, as well as receive communication if there are any issues or delays. All documents are stored on the cloud that is shared with you when we receive your new contract.
Absolutely! We are an extension of your team, all working towards the common goal of reaching the closing table as smoothly as possible. Think of us as you would your your preferred lenders, home inspectors, etc.
