Ideally, yes. Communicating with your client helps the transaction go more smoothly. If your buyer/seller has questions about their transaction, they can contact us directly for an answer. However, it is ultimately your decision if you’d like us to communicate with them.
You will be copied on all email communications, as well as receive communication if there are any issues or delays. All documents are stored on the cloud that is shared with you when we receive your new contract
